We are thrilled to announce the release of Tech Profile v2.0, a major enhancement designed to provide deeper visibility into your team’s technical capabilities and to empower you with actionable insights for growth and leadership planning.

👤Individualized Technical Profiles
Each employee now has a unique, AI-assisted technical overview that includes:
Tech Stack Proficiency:Â Clear assessment of current skills (e.g. Node.js, React) with AI confidence level.
Seniority Indicator:Â Automatic detection of seniority level based on demonstrated experience and scope.
Strength Areas:Â Highlights of areas where the employee excels, giving you a quick read of their technical positioning.

Each profile includes a Projected Growth Path based on current level, structured in three progressive milestones:
6 Months
12 Months
1+ Year
These milestones are designed to help managers align expectations, support career conversations, and identify emerging leaders.

📌 Custom Technical Recommendations
Every profile comes with tailored suggestions in three key areas:
Technical Enhancement:Â What initiatives or responsibilities the employee should take on next.
Suggested Learning:Â Topics to explore (e.g. architecture, leadership, conflict resolution) to prepare for the next stage.
Practice Exercise:Â Hands-on activities to reinforce leadership and communication in technical contexts.

💬 Manager & Mentor Insights
As a lead or mentor, you can now add your own feedback and insights directly into the employee’s profile. Whether it's career guidance, coaching notes, or promotion readiness signals, your input becomes part of the growth narrative.
