We’re excited to introduce new features designed to give you more visibility, control, and efficiency in managing your teams and operations.

✨ New Features

📊 Monthly Meeting Recap

In the Partnership section, you’ll now find a monthly report of your account.

  • Review a detailed recap of meetings held with your team.

  • Access key highlights, performance insights, and operational updates in a structured view.

💸 Compensation Adjustment

We’ve launched a new Compensation Adjustment section where you can:

  • Review proposed salary adjustments for your assigned employees.

  • Accept or decline proposals and share your reasons directly in the platform.

  • All updates are instantly synced with our Staffing team and reflected in our internal database.

📈 Performance Improvement Plan (PIPs)

When an employee is rated Below Expectations or Dissatisfied in their performance review, it becomes our priority to support them with an improvement action plan.

This new section gives you visibility on:

  • The action plan we’ve built for the employee.

  • The progress being made.

  • The improvement goals set and tracked over time.

🌴 PTO Management Enhancements

We’ve improved the PTO request process for more transparency and timely updates. Here’s what’s new:

  • Once an employee requests time off, you’ll immediately receive an email notification with the details.

  • If you approve, the employee will be notified instantly.

  • If you don’t respond within 3 business days, the request will automatically move to the manager for approval.

  • Once the manager approves, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
