MoodQ
V2.0.10
21 August 2025

This latest update brings smarter emotional insights, improved user interaction, and greater visibility into team dynamics. From personalized views to enhanced support tools, MoodQ continues evolving to help you care for your people and make meaningful, well-informed decisions.

New Features 🛠️

HighRisk Alert Notification
A new alert has been created to identify users with more than 60% of their moods recorded as negative. When this threshold is reached, an automatic notification is generated in the administrative system and a case is automatically created, indicating that the user has not requested to be contacted but is showing a high percentage of negative moods.

Work Related Mood Reason
A new "Work Related" reason has been added to all mood types—positive and negative—allowing users to provide more contextual information behind their emotional state with greater flexibility.

New 'For You' Section in User Profile
As part of the first version of this feature, users now have access to a new section called "For You" within their profile. This section displays personalized feedback based on their mood history and recent achievements.

Dedicated Mental Health Module
A new dedicated dashboard has been launched for the Mental Health team to support cases escalated from Labor Relations or directly initiated by collaborators. This module includes the ability to:

  • Create and manage cases

  • Assign cases to team members

  • Send messages and meeting invites to collaborators

  • Share terms and conditions

  • Escalate cases to temporary support units

  • Log and track all attentions given

  • Monitor activity through a daily session tracker

  • View relevant mental health KPIs
Users can now also request to be contacted directly by the Mental Health team via their user profile.
