Announcements Enhancements
MoodQ
V2.0.8
24 July 2025

We’re excited to introduce a new version of MoodQ focused on giving you clearer emotional insights, improved tracking, and broader accessibility for your team—no matter the platform they use.

Features 🆕

MoodQ Engagement Section
A new section in the admin dashboard where you can track how users are interacting with different MoodQ spaces. This helps you understand engagement levels across the organization.

Total Participants – Time Comparison
The Total Participants metric now includes a comparison with the previous month or year, making it easier to analyze growth and participation trends over time.

MoodQ via Web (Email Response Option)
Users who don’t have access to Teams or Slack can now receive a personalized email that invites them to respond to MoodQ directly from the web. This is perfect for teams using external communication channels.

Inactive Users Tracking
We’ve added visibility of inactive users in the admin dashboard. You’ll also find a new Inactive filter in relevant views, so you can maintain a complete record even when users leave the organization.

Improvements 🔧

Multi-Mood Alert Logic Update
The alert for multiple negative moods now considers the last three months (instead of just one). This gives a more accurate picture of emotional risk across time.

Top Reasons by Frequency
The reasons reported by users are now automatically sorted—from most to least frequent—giving you a clearer understanding of the most impactful emotional drivers, both positive and negative.

Enhanced Date Filter Experience
We’ve improved the look and feel of the date filters across the platform, making it easier to apply them and search for specific time ranges.

Thanks for continuing to make MoodQ a space for connection, awareness, and emotional well-being.
